Business Development Executive

Key Responsibility Areas:


  • Play a vital role in pipeline growth & revenue attainment through generation of Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for Sales team and scheduling of phone based meetings with prospects
  • Initiate contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioning HIC services
  • Present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the prospects needs and expectations.
  • Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, timelines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts and budgets.
  • Build credibility and strong working relationships with decision makers who do not show initial interest in our offerings, but may need our solutions in the future.
  • Persuade right party contacts for on phone meetings with the sales representative.
  • American / British accent is MUST for efficient communication with International Clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1-5 years experience of Lead Generation/ Outbound Calling/ Business Development/ International Sales/ Tech Sales in US / UK / AU / Middle East market.
  • Must be Internet savvy and possess basic computer skills like Microsoft office, excel etc.
  • Expert communication skills; including listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer Engineering Graduate OR MBA in international sales & marketing from a reputed institute preferred
  • Experience in outbound calling that results in qualifying C-level, VP and Director-level, Head IT / Manager IT, Business Owners contacts.

Other Terms & Conditions:

  • Shift Timing: 4PM IST to 2 AM IST (5 days working)
  • Provide one side cab (from office to home)
  • Opportunity is open to both male and female
  • 1 year Service Bond
  • Probation period of 3 months.
  • Must have min.1 year experience in IT sales with US/UK clients.

We are a B2B company dealing in Export and Import information. We provide Export and Import related information to various companies in India and abroad. We are associated with 1200 clients and growing.

 Work Profile includes selling of export & import databases of India, US, & other countries to various importers, exporters, traders & distributors.

No field work.

QUALIFICATION - Any Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA or PG Diploma in Management or Import/Export will be an added advantage).

EXPERIENCE – 6 Months – 2 Years  


COMPENSATION –10K to 20K+ incentive
