Designation: Customer Acquisition Officer
Experience: 0 – 2 years
Location: Noida
Qualification: Any graduate
Working Days: 6 Days in a week i.e. Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9 hours
Number Of Positions: 10

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in Hindi and English
  • Candidate should be Confident, extrovert, spontaneous in nature and should have good convencing power, and leadership qualities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Good Comprehension Skills- Ability to clearly understand and address customer issue appropriately
  • Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast- paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide information about product and services to the customers by telecalling
  • To manage inbound and outbound calling
  • To resolve the customer complaints
  • Answer the calls professionally to provide information
  • Keep records of customer interactions and recording details of inquiries, complaints and as well as the actions taken
  • To maintain relationship between customers and service provider.
