Customer Care Executive- CCE

Responsibilities :

?      To efficiently handle leads traffic generated through our website, call, chat and email as per the defined service guidelines.

?      Understand customer requirements and suggest venues that would fulfill the requirement criteria.

?      Calling customers, assisting them in venue selection and convincing them to book with our venue partners.

?      Close coordination/follow-up with customers and venue partners to ensure leads are converted to successful booking of venues.

?      Understand and offer VenueLook products & services to customers.

?      Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers and venue partners.

?      Handle customer or venue partner escalations and resolve them in the best possible way.

?      Proactively identifying customer and venue partner issues and provide appropriate solutions.

 Other Requirements:

?      Minimum educational qualification: Graduation/B.Tech/MBA/Hotel Management

?      Must be flexible with shift timings and working on weekends in a 6 days a week environment (currently we are operational from 9AM to 9PM in two shifts, 9AM-6PM & 12PM-6PM on rotational basis)

Experience Required: 0-3 Yrs
