Designation: Customer Acquisition Officer
Location: Noida
Experience:  6 months outbound calling experience
Qualification: Any graduate
Working Days: 6 Days in a week i.e. Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9 hours
Number Of Positions: 15

Skills Required:

  • Sales skills, telecalling 
  • Excellent communication skills ( fluency in English)
  • Active listening and dealing with customers.
  • Time management
  • Knowledge of product and  services.


  • To provide accurate information to customers
  • To solve the queries of customers
  • To answer the calls professionally to provide information to customers about the product
  • To understand the buyers requirement, complaints or request and provide them appropriate guidance over the subject
  • Generate and maintain records of customer inquiries


Transportation facilities – Like cabs are provided for the female candidates.
