Roles And Responsibility : 1) Maintain a constant customer orientation and have the capability to constantly upgrade self and effectively mentor / lead the team.
2) To effectively lead Area / Branch level Sales teams and Develop segment related policies including pricing and costing policies.
3) Design strategies to achieve the Sales & Marketing plans including promotion strategies.
4) Identify new markets / markets segments / marketing strategies / new products.
5) Maintain Cost Control focus at an organization level and lead such initiatives
6) To support the sales team to maintain liaison with key personnel at senior levels of customer organization and monitor the customers in terms of their business plan, purchase policy etc.

Job Description:

Manage credit card sales and operations through telesales and sales team in compliance with SLA.

Driving the entire business and achieving monthly sales target

Hiring/training & managing team to perform daily basis
Excellent communication skills.
Good analytical skills and team management skills
Drive sales of credit cards through banks to sell Credit Cards.
Drive Productivity, manage costs of acquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes
Build and nurture relationships with the branch managers, key employees and the Regional Managers.
Single point of contact for all issues that the branches face for their day to day operations.
Update the branches on all approvals, declines, incentives earned etc.
Train and motivate key branch employees to Cross Sell cards.
