Job Title: Dialer Support Engineer - VICIdial/ Asterisk


Experience: 1-5 Years


Job Description:


Experience in implementing, maintaining, and configuring Asterisk/ VICIdial/ VICIbox/ GoAutoDial/ IP PBX systems


Should have Hands on experience on Dialplan writing for Complex IVR Systems

Creating and Integrating service provider SIP/VoIP Accounts with asterisk

Ability to Configuring Analogue / PRI Lines

Handle day to day tasks like creating campaigns, loading lists, setting up groups, users, Recordings retrieval etc

Able to troubleshoot Dialer/Asterisk related issues and following up with service providers on open issues

Tightening the security of Asterisk Server

Should be hands on in all day to day operational activities of maintaining live platform, troubleshooting of dialer issues, application (ASTERISK, GOAUTODIAL) issues, Generating and analyzing


MIS reports, Resolving complaints


Experience in gathering phone and server log files and configuration data for analysis in order to determine root cause of problems and create solutions


Provide standby technical support outside office hours to handle unexpected network issues, asterisk
